The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) joins hands with the international art collective teamLab, Hong Kong artists, and other partners to present ‘Art@Harbour 2024’, a large-scale outdoor art project on both sides of Victoria Harbour. Multiple outdoor art installations and digital art facades integrating art, science, and technology will bring the public a new inspirational and sensory experience along Hong Kong’s harbourfront.
