To show appreciation for excellent customer service, Ms Cynthia Leung, the HKTB’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs, attended the award presentation ceremony of Next Magazine’s Top Service Awards 2017 and presented awards to corporations and staff for providing outstanding customer service.

HKTB supports the 3rd Global Tourism and Hospitality Conference (Hong Kong 2017)

The HKTB’s General Manager of Corporate Affairs, Ms Cynthia Leung, was invited as Guest of Honour to officiate at the 3rd Global Tourism and Hospitality Conference (Hong Kong 2017), an important networking platform for education, students and industry practitioners to exchange insights related to innovations, trends, opportunities and challenges of global tourism and hospitality, organised by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Meeting with Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce

It is essential to update industry partners regularly with HKTB’s resource planning and marketing direction in order to foster mutual understanding. Mr Anthony Lau, Executive Director of the HKTB, attended a roundtable luncheon held by the Retail and Tourism Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and explained the HKTB’s investment strategies and latest work to attendees.
