Senior Manager, Content Marketing and Partnership

Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
  • Develop global content strategy by understanding the needs of consumers, overseas offices and other business units
  • Establish a sustainable framework for creating and sourcing content through identifying and managing agencies/ production houses/ individual or building partnership with Key Opinion Leaders to create/ co-create content for collaborated distribution
  • Work with the web and social media team to develop an effective content distribution strategy in tandem with third party partners
  • Manage existing partnership projects, develop new strategic alliances and win-win cooperation with major corporations including but not limited to travel portals, online agents and travel consumer brands
  • Track and monitor KPI performances, evaluate user behavior and adjust content marketing plan and advertising plan accordingly
  • Be the subject matter expert in the company to provide guidance, training and best practice sharing with overseas offices and other business units
  • Support the New Markets Team to develop marketing plans by helping to translate global strategies to locally relevant implementation plans
  • Lead the Editorial Team to provide editorial content for our web, social media, events guides, brand stories and editorial input to advertising and other marketing activities
Requirements:
  • University degree holder preferably in Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years experience in Marketing, Digital, Content, Production or related fields
  • Experience in Journalism or Editorial would be beneficial but not necessary
  • An aggressive and creative business driver with a strong strategic mind
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale global/regional social digital platform and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in developing organizational content marketing strategy
  • Experience in developing and managing large scale strategic alliances and partnership
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
  • Good team player; the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
