2016 Best of the Best Culinary Awards ―
Now Open for Application (8-31 May 2016)

Organised by HKTB and co-organised by the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Ltd, the 2016 Best of the Best Culinary Awards (BOB) is now open for application until 31 May 2016. Inaugurated in 2001, the BOB has grown into Hong Kong’s largest culinary contest and promoted excellence in Chinese cuisine cooking among local restaurants.

This year, the competition requires participants to whip up creations in four categories: (1) Egg, (2) Pork, (3) Dim Sum (Rice Rolls), and (4) Crab. A judging panel comprising of food/ catering industry professionals, food critics and celebrities will sample the dishes and award the “Best of the Best” winners.

Our hotel partners are cordially invited to join this annual culinary event. Please refer to the following application details:
