By communicating effectively with customers and resolving their conflicts with tactics, we can be able to retain loyal customers and achieve a win-win outcome.

To provide QTS-accredited merchants with a comprehensive skill set of handling customer complaints, you are cordially invited to attend our Workshop with details as follows:
