2018/19 Hong Kong Rewards! Programme –
Invitation for Hotel Offers

To raise MICE visitor satisfaction and attract more MICE business to Hong Kong, Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong (MEHK) will continue to work closely with trade partners to provide hospitality privileges under the “Hong Kong Rewards!” programme. Details of the programme can be viewed here.
We cordially invite our hotel partners to take part in the 2018/19 programme by offering complimentary cocktail reception to MICE groups. This will definitely be a great opportunity for you to attract more MICE visitors staying in your hotel, and also promote your hotel through a vast range of channels reaching worldwide MICE organisers and agents (including print and online advertising, local and overseas trade promotion activities, leaflet, website, etc.).

Required Hotel Offers:

• Complimentary one hour cocktail reception for MICE groups at a designated hotel venue
• A mix of beverages (including soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, etc.) and light refreshments for each delegate
• The cocktail should not be given in conjunction with other condition(s)

Offer Period:

1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019
|

Eligible Group:
|
Meeting, Incentive and Convention groups with at least 50 non-Hong Kong delegates, who stay in the participating hotel for two nights or more
