Invitation to Become an Official Hotel Sponsor for
2018 Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival

Organised by HKTB, the 2018 Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival (HKDBC) will take place at Central Harbourfront and the Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong during 22-24 June (Friday to Sunday).
Following the success of the carnival in the past, the 2018 event will continue to feature legendary dragon boat races and a range of sportive programmes. Apart from elevating this tradition to a global sport, HKTB will take a further step of turning the event into a fun-filled celebration. More entertaining elements will be added to enhance the festive atmosphere and enrich visitors’ experience.
You are cordially invited to be a part of this mega event and become an Official Hotel Sponsor. We are expecting some 32 international dragon boat teams to compete in the races. You will enjoy a wide publicity exposure reaching a significant number of local and overseas audiences.

Accommodation for approximately 32 international dragon boat teams (896 persons) is required.
In view of the large number of rooms for the teams, more than one Official Hotel will be solicited.
An Official Hotel will offer:
• minimum of 56 complimentary twin rooms for four nights and
• a special rate for twin room (168 rooms required)
(Selection will be based on the offer and hotel rate)
