In conjunction with Oxfam Hong Kong, MEHK is inviting 20 overseas corporate teams to participate in this year’s Oxfam Trailwalker event on 15-17 November in Hong Kong.
Founded in 1981, Oxfam Trailwalker is a charity event where teams of four walk 100 km within 48 hours and raise a minimum of HK$6800 through sponsorships. This event now takes place in 12 countries and has become one of the world’s most popular international fundraising events.
MEHK is delighted to continue its involvement with Oxfam Hong Kong in promoting the Trailwalker as a team building and corporate social responsibility exercise as well as an international event.
In 2012, five MEHK overseas corporate teams were recruited and completed the challenge successfully. Our promotion campaign has gained an increasing level of awareness and interest in various MICE markets including the USA, Korea and Japan.
Once again this year, we would like to work with you to promote this event by bringing interested overseas corporate teams to participate the event. Please indicate if you would like to register as one of designated travel agents to provide ground handling services for the overseas teams and their delegations.
MEHK will also be providing a special hospitality package to the overseas corporate teams.
