About the Award
Since its launch in 2013, the bi-annual Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award has been recognised as one of the major events promoting service excellence in Hong Kong. HKTB will organise the Award again in 2017 to recognise the service staff of QTS-accredited merchants for their contribution in promoting quality tourism services in Hong Kong. The Award will consist of two categories, namely Supervisory Staff Award and Frontline Staff Award.
