The term dim sum refers to a beloved selection of over 1000 varieties of small-plate Chinese foods. A simple classification, yet dim sum represents endless possibilities in Cantonese cuisine. Whilst you may want to try as many dim sum dishes as possible, there are four referred to as the 'heavenly kings', which simply must not be missed.
