  Introduction:	Established in 1993, Incentive Travel & Conventions, Meetings Asia (IT&CMA) is at the forefront of fostering MICE growth opportunities for the Asia-Pacific and beyond. Its multi-faceted programme engages regional and international industry suppliers and buyers in the realms of business, education and networking. IT&CMA also features dedicated platforms designed around the interests of valuable MICE niche segments, enabling the event to consistently deliver a delegate profile that is both relevant and dynamic. IT&CMA remains uniquely positioned as the only global event with the largest exhibition showcase of Asia-Pacific MICE suppliers.   HK Trade Participants:	Participation is limited to Hong Kong Tourism Board’s (HKTB) registered Tourism Services Providers, including Attractions/Visitor Facilities; Hotels; MICE/Business Travel (include Venues, DMC, PCO, Exhibition Organisers, Convention & Exhibition Service Providers, MICE Product & Activity Providers); Travel Agencies (inbound) and Airlines. MEHK and its esteemed trade partners will co-exhibit at the Hong Kong Pavilion. Trade partners or overseas representatives in Asia are encouraged to join.
  Appointment Scheduling:	Up to 100% pre-scheduled appointments with buyer profiles of your choice: MICE, Association and Corporate buyers.

• Participation

  Payment Method:	Participation is limited to one delegate per company at a cost of HK$30,000* per company. • The participation fee must be paid in full before the payment deadline 17 May 2024 (Fri). Please send a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Hong Kong Tourism Board’ (with a copy of the online reply form and name card) to Ms Eunice Hui, Hong Kong Tourism Board, 9–11/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, North Point, Hong Kong • No invoice will be issued for the participation fee. • Confirmation of participation will be given only upon receipt of full payment. • Due to limited capacity, MEHK can only accept a limited number of co-exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. • Each registered co-exhibitor is entitled to have one representative from the same company participating and one set of pre-scheduled appointments (PSA). • All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to other HKTB functions. • *Upon successful participation in the trade show, including the submission of a post-event survey, the registered participant’s participation fee will be reimbursed by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). Please note that HKTB reserves the final discretion in accepting the registration. It is important to note that individual participants are solely responsible for covering expenses related to transportation, hotel accommodation, and incidental costs. These expenses must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves.
