sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (sky100) and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong jointly launched “Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong” (Café 100), the world’s first observation deck F&B outlet operated by the The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Created by the Executive Chef of the hotel, the menu is designed exclusively for Café 100 and the ingredients are also meticulously selected of premium quality which will all be freshly cooked upon order to deliver the finest taste. The menu will also be regularly refreshed with seasonal flavours. The opening of this landmark café sets a new standard for observation decks worldwide.

Located on the west side of the deck, Café 100 offers guests boundless sea views and captivating sunsets through sky100’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows while savouring a cultural fusion of foods and flavours created by the hotel’s expert team.
