HKTB Successfully Secures the Staging of “Consensus” Conference in Town Next Year 8,000 Participants to Explore Opportunities in Cryptocurrency and Web 3 Technology in the International Flagship Event

Hong Kong’s bid for international flagship events takes another step forward! With the full support of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), Consensus, the world’s longest-standing and most influential cryptocurrency and Web 3 event, has announced its staging in Hong Kong from 19 to 21 February 2025 (Consensus Hong Kong 2025). This is the first time in five years that the influential industry event has been held outside of the United States. The event is expected to attract 8,000 participants, of which 6,000 will come from all over the world.

The government and HKTB has jointly provided all-round support to the organiser when bidding for the event, including lining up the organiser, CoinDesk, and relative parties for professional advisory, venue liasion, and site inspection arrangement.
