The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched the second phase of their Hong Kong Neighbourhoods Campaign, with the historical haberdashery district of Sham Shui Po taking centre stage.

Sham Shui Po is an authentic neighbourhood where visitors can immerse themselves in the local living culture, whilst also getting a glimpse into Hong Kong’s colourful past as it merges with modern influences. This edition follows Hong Kong Neighbourhoods - Old Town Central, which launched in April 2017 and was the first of the series. Additional districts will be rolled out over the coming years.

Hong Kong Tourism Board's Regional Director - Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific, Andrew Clark said this campaign encourages visitors to explore Hong Kong beyond the traditional tourist areas, and is part of a wider government strategy to develop tourism products and enrich the visitor’s travel experience.
