Tien Yi serves up Chinese cuisine from a brilliant vantage point in The Peak Tower. The name translates as ‘the pinnacle of the world’, a high standard for any food and beverage outlet.
The restaurant’s two floors are linked by a dramatic curved staircase, a pond and a six-metre-high waterfall, whose water cascades down in layers symbolising the winds and clouds. It’s a layout intended to bring good fortune to guests as they ascend or descend the steps. Guests can enjoy dim sum, seated behind floor-to-ceiling glass windows with Victoria Harbour and city views. The venue’s impressive wine cellar is noteworthy. It contains 3,000 bottles as well as a premium collection of Chinese spirits and wines. |
