When your team arrives, you will enjoy a platter of freshly prepared appetizers with a welcome drink. We'll describe the evening's menu, outlining basic techniques you'll master, then divide your team into stations. You'll cook for 1 – 1 1⁄2 hours, whipping up an incredibly tasty meal, then sit down to savor the fruits of your labor.
