Sham Shui Po Food Experience |
Sham Shui Po is one of Hong Kong's most fascinating neighbourhoods. It has retained much of its history, tradition and charm from Hong Kong's yesteryears. It's also home to many Michelin-recommended eateries for authentic local food, including Kung Wo Tofu Factory, a 60-year old eatery serving all kinds of sweet and savoury tofu treats; Lau Sum Kee, a third-generation family-run noodle shop still serving its noodles made with a traditional bamboo pole kneading method; and Tim Ho Wan one of the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurants in the world for dim sum. ►
