Assistant Manager, Visitor Services

Location: Hong Kong
  • Oversees the operations of Visitor Centres to ensure high operation efficiency and quality services
  • Ensure superb service delivery by initiating new hospitality and event promotion ideas/ plans and implementing the initiatives effectively
  • Lead, guide and train a team of frontline staff to achieve professional and consistent service delivery
  • Compile reports on centres’ operation and provide customer service insights and recommendations to management
  • Review operation procedures and workflow regularly and recommend streamlining ideas
  • Support supervisor’s duty in case of absence of the Executive in-charge at Visitor Centres whenever required
  • University graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Good knowledge of service centre/ retail outlet operation with hands-on experience in supervising frontline staff
  • Strong customer orientation, commitment and passion to delivering visitor hospitality
  • Strong motivational and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with an analytical mindset
  • Willing to work overtime and on public holidays during events and emergencies
