Located in the West Kowloon Cultural District overlooking the Victoria Harbour, M+ is Asia's first global museum of contemporary visual culture. The M+ Collections from Hong Kong, Mainland China, other locations within Asia and beyond encompass visual art, design and architecture, and moving image, while offering a creative interactive experience. The building is composed of a podium and a slender tower that fuse into the shape of an upside-down "T". The expansive podium cantilevers above ground and Roof Garden faces Victoria Harbour. The tower facade facing the harbour is also embedded with an LED display for screening moving image works which can be viewed from the West Kowloon waterfront promenade and even Hong Kong Island.

Situated on the western side of Lantau Island, Tai O, which is one of the most famous fishing villages in Hong Kong, has kept the local customs and traditions intact. Mostly located on the banks of the river, it is connected by two pedestrian bridges. As the icon of Tai O, stilt house is a unique feature in Hong Kong. Tai O used to be Hong Kong's main fishing port, Garrison town, and an important site for fishing and salt industry. Today, the local economy has shifted to be more dependent on small scale fishing and small catering business for visitors. A historic town in Kaiping, the ancient town is named after the landscape on which it locates. Located at Xianglu Bay along Lover's Road in the downtown area, this landmark of Zhuhai was inspired by a local fairy tale. The legend of the Fisher Girl holds that she was originally a sea fairy and daughter of the Southern Sea Dragon King. After coming ashore near Zhuhai, she fell in love with this beautiful coastal city and a charming kind-hearted local fisherman. Even though the young couple's relationship was sabotaged by a jealous dwarf, resulting in misfortune befalling the sea fairy, the heartbroken fisherman did not give up and finally found a way to bring the dead fairy back to life. On the wedding day, the Sea Dragon King gifted a giant pearl to the couple as a token of their love.

Named after "paradise" in Chinese, the Tiantang Peak is the major peak of Nankun Mountain, standing 1,210 metres above sea level. If people choose to visit in summer, even temperatures may reach over 30°C, they will be surprised by the pleasant breezes blowing through the mountains and keeping them comfortable. As an AAAA visitor attraction of China, the museum sits in one of the four famous gardens of the Qing dynasty in Guangdong. Well-known for its compact and exquisite Lingnan-style design, the 3.3-mu (around 2,200 square-metre) Keyuan residence comprises a series of traditional halls, courtyards and pavilions, as well as idyllic gardens and beautiful landscapes. Nowadays, Keyuan is widely seen as a significant presence in both Guanyi and Lingnan cultures, as numerous masters of Chinese culture and influential artists have chosen the garden as their place to live, including painters Ju Chao and Ju Lian, who pioneered the use of Lingnan-style painting techniques.

In 2002, it was even selected as one of the Eight Sights of Guangzhou.
