Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong (MEHK), a MICE division of Hong Kong Tourism Board, cordially invites you to participate in a business session on 16 March (Friday). The session is a half-day event in the morning with pre-scheduled appointments for you to network with Mainland Chinese MICE partners, who are the winners of 2017 Hong Kong Top MICE Agent Awards. It provides an excellent opportunity to explore collaborations and promote your latest products and offerings.
To maintain a balanced number of sellers and buyers, attendance is limited to a maximum of 60 Hong Kong partners. In addition, trade partners are welcome to offer event hosting support.
*As a special offer for our trade partners, delegates will enjoy full participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the event. Due to limited capacity, confirmation of participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Relevance to MICE business in Hong Kong
• Meeting facilities to accommodate incentive/corporate groups
• First-come, first-served basis
