Invitation to Become an Official Hotel Sponsor for e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong 2018

Riding on the success of the first-ever e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong (EMFHK) in 2017, HKTB is organising EMFHK again during 2018 summer as one of the anchor events under Hong Kong Summer Fun. The festival aims to rejuvenate the destination, drive participation of overseas visitors, and create talk of the town in Hong Kong as well as key short haul markets e.g. Mainland China, Korea, Taiwan and Japan.
You are cordially invited to become our Official Hotel of the event. We are expecting over 150 international gamers to compete for the glory. You will enjoy extensive publicity exposure reaching a significant number of local and overseas audiences.

Accommodation for over 150 international gamers for 3 tournaments is required.
The Official Hotel will offer:
• 18 complimentary single rooms for four nights, and
• 18 complimentary twin rooms for five nights, and
• a special rate for 24 twin rooms for five nights
(Selection will be based on the offer and hotel rate) |
