Register NOW for MICE Contract HK – Southeast Asia (31 January 2013)

The South and Southeast Asia market has been an important source for MICE arrivals, generating over 180,000 visitors from January to September 2012, representing a 5% year-on-year growth and accounting for 12% of total MICE arrivals. Being one of the target markets for Meetings & Incentives segment, the Hong Kong Tourism Board is capitalizing its resources to capture more MICE business in the regions.
Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong (MEHK) will invite a total of 50 key MICE travel agencies from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines to Hong Kong for MICE product familiarization cum Contract Hong Kong from 29 January to 1 February 2013.
You are cordially invited to meet with the leading buyers at the full-day Business Session on 31 January and to explore new business opportunities. The event will comprise pre-scheduled appointments followed by free flow networking. For quality engagement, attendance is limited to a maximum of 65 companies. We would also like to take this opportunity to seek your support in offering hotel accommodations and meeting venue for the SEA delegates during their stay in Hong Kong.
