IMEX Frankfurt, one of the most important MICE trade shows in the long-haul market, will be held in Germany this May. This is a platform for us to sustain Hong Kong’s profile as the ‘World’s Meeting Place’ and reconnect with business partners to pave the way for border reopening. Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong (MEHK), a MICE division of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, will join this event at a reduced scale considering the current pandemic situation is still volatile.

Given that quarantine requirements are still in place in Hong Kong, travelling to Germany for the trade show may not be a viable option for you at this stage. Hence, we would like to extend the invitation to your European-based representatives to participate in the Hong Kong booth at which shared meeting space will be provided for pre-scheduled appointments with business partners. The arrangement of the shared meeting space is complimentary.
