IMEX America is one of the largest trade shows for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will use the platform to showcase Hong Kong’s latest MICE products in the Las Vegas show this October. It will be a good opportunity to restore confidence in Hong Kong’s position as the ‘World’s Meeting Place’, as well as reconnect with business partners worldwide to prepare for business recovery after border reopening.

HKTB will co-ordinate a Hong Kong Pavilion and would like to extend the invitation to you or your US-based representative to participate. There will be open space with meeting units for shared use by all co-exhibitors for hosting pre-scheduled appointments.

To support Hong Kong trade partners, the participation in the event is complimentary and confirmation of participation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Other associated expenses for transportation, hotel accommodation (including for quarantine, if necessary), PCR tests and personal expenses are to be covered by individual participant.
