To showcase Hong Kong’s latest MICE offerings and reinforce Hong Kong’s position as the ‘World’s Meeting Place’, Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will participate in IMEX America 2024 (8-10 October 2024) and IBTM World 2024 (19-21 November 2024) and set up a Hong Kong Pavilion respectively. There will be meeting units for co-exhibitors to host pre-scheduled appointments and we would like to invite your company to join the trade shows.
To further support our trade partners, co-exhibitors will enjoy full participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the respective trade shows. Due to limited capacity, confirmation of participation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to join the Hong Kong Pavilion at each event, please complete the respective registration form on or before 25 June 2024. The participation fee must be paid in full within 2 weeks after the registration deadline (i.e. payment deadline on 9 July 2024).
