Hello Hong Kong

20 August 2024

Invitation to Join the Hong Kong Pavilion at
AIME 2025 (10 – 12 February 2025)

The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is the leading trade event for the meetings and events industry in the Asia-Pacific region. The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will participate in the event to showcase Hong Kong’s latest MICE products and reinforce Hong Kong’s position as the ‘World’s Meeting Place’. This event is also an excellent opportunity for trade partners to expand their business networks and generate new leads through pre-scheduled appointments.

HKTB will set up a Hong Kong Pavilion and would like to extend an invitation to you or your overseas representative to participate. There will be meeting units for co-exhibitors to host pre-scheduled appointments.

To further support our trade partners, co-exhibitors will enjoy full participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the event. Due to limited capacity, confirmation of participation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are required to demonstrate sufficient business capability to handle MICE groups. HKTB reserves the right to request proof of such expertise and experience.
