Organised by the Quality Tourism Services Association (“QTSA”), the “Sharing of Business Elites” seminar has consistently received positive feedback from its members. It provides a platform for members to exchange insights on enhancing service quality and the latest trends in business management. This year, the "Sharing of Business Elites 2024" seminar is scheduled for 17 October 2024 (Thursday). Prominent business leaders are invited to share their observations of changing consumer patterns in the retail and restaurant sectors, as well as their coping strategies under the theme of "Embracing Opportunities from Changing Customer Behaviour".
