The Government Announces Mega Events Calendar for First Half of 2025
Over the past few months, Hong Kong has seen a wide range of mega events and activities, covering diverse experiences from food and sports to arts and culture, which have engaged both the local public and visitors. As we enter 2025, Hong Kong will continue to host an exciting year-round experience of mega events. The Government announces the Mega Events Calendar for the first half of the coming year. We will keep on updating the list of mega events in advance so that related trade sectors can make early preparations to launch products and offerings in line with the events calendar and capitalise on the business opportunities brought about by these mega events. Meanwhile, the HKTB's Mega Events Development and Advancement Division (MEDA) will continue to act as the "first point of contact" for mega events and actively introduce its work to event organisers with a view to bringing more mega events to Hong Kong. The HKTB looks forward to the support of the trade to further strengthen Hong Kong's position as the Events Capital of Asia.

Yours faithfully,
