Dear Valued DMC Partner,
We refer to our previous circular dated 28 March 2025, announcing the continuation of the Funding Support Scheme for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive & Convention (MIC) Groups FY2025/26(For Hong Kong Travel Agents). This scheme is designed to support licensed Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Hong Kong by enhancing their competitiveness and attracting more MIC groups to the city.
We are pleased to inform you that the details of the updated scheme have now been finalised and will take effect from 1 May 2025.
Key Updates to the Funding Scheme
The eligible group size stays at 10–400 non-Hong Kong participants, with funding capped at the 400-participant level for groups exceeding this size. Groups are now required to stay in a licensed hotel in Hong Kong [1] for at least two (2) nights (previously one night). Additionally, funding amounts have been refined to ensure the scheme’s resources are allocated efficiently and effectively, providing better support for eligible groups based on their specific needs.

Briefing Session Detail
