Tourism Expo Japan 2025 Aichi/Central Japan will be held in Aichi (Nagoya) from 25 to 28 September. The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will leverage this platform to showcase Hong Kong’s latest tourism developments and facilitate business opportunities between Hong Kong and Japanese trade partners.

Trade partners are cordially invited to co-exhibit with the HKTB to engage with Japanese buyers at the Hong Kong Pavilion.

As special support to our trade partners, participating delegates will enjoy a FULL participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the event. Other associated expenses, such as transportation, hotel accommodation and personal expenses, are to be covered by individual participants.

Due to limited capacity, confirmation of participation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to maintain balance of representation, specific quotas will be assigned to each sector. Please refer to the following details for registration and enquiries:
