Invitation to "Tapping into the Muslim Market: Hong Kong Restaurants Halal Certification Funding Scheme Seminar"

To support the development of Muslim-friendly tourism in Hong Kong, the Government has introduced the Restaurants Halal Certification Funding Scheme under the 2025 Policy Address. This initiative aims to encourage more restaurants to obtain Halal certification and enhance the city’s readiness to welcome Muslim visitors.

 

In alignment with this policy, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will organise a seminar to introduce the funding scheme and its details, along with an overview of available training and support resources. The event will also feature practical insights from restaurant operators who have successfully obtained Halal certification.
