Reminder: Funding Support Scheme for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive and Convention Groups FY2025/26 (For Hong Kong Travel Agents) – Applications Open Until 31 March 2026

Dear Valued DMC Partner,

Thank you for your continued support of Hong Kong tourism throughout the year and for your efforts in promoting our city as a world-class MICE destination.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) remains committed to supporting licensed Destination Management Companies (DMCs) through the Funding Support Scheme for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive, and Convention (MIC) Groups FY2025/26 (For Hong Kong Travel Agents). This scheme is designed to enhance your competitiveness and attract more MIC groups to Hong Kong.

We would like to bring to your attention that the current application period is still open till 31 March 2026.

Scheme Highlights

Application Period:

1 May 2025 to 31 March 2026

Eligibility of Applicant:

Hong Kong licensed travel agents & official DMC for MIC group

Funding Support:

From HK$5,000 to HK$40,000
On a reimbursement basis, pending the group size

Eligibility of MIC Group:

A minimum of 10 physical non-Hong Kong participants
A minimum stay of two nights in Hong Kong

Arrival Date of the MIC group:

Between 16 May 2025 and 30 September 2026
