Register Now for Contract Hong Kong – Philippines & Thailand

The first-ever Contract Hong Kong – Philippines & Thailand business session will be held on 26 October 2016 to help Hong Kong trade partners capture more business opportunities. Participation fee will be waived on a first-come, first-served basis.

2016 Best of the Best Culinary Awards

Held at the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute on 19 and 20 July 2016, this year’s competition featured four categories – an egg dish, pork dish, dim sum (rice rolls), and crab dish. A total of 10 dishes received the highest Gold with Distinction Award and four “Most Liked Chefs” were selected in each respective category.
