Final Call for Recognising Your Distinguished Staff! Nomination Deadline Extended to 17 November 2024 "2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards" recognise the contributions of QTS-accredited merchants’ service staff towards service excellence, enhancing the service standards in Hong Kong. Due to the overwhelming response, the nomination deadline will be extended to 17 November 2024 (Sunday) and the participation fee is waived. The Awards will consist of two types, the Supervisory Staff Awards and the Frontline Staff Awards. Additionally, a new “Local SME” category will be added under the above 2 divisions respectively to encourage participation from Local SME staff. Merchant who accumulates the most awards will be eligible to compete for the newly introduced Grand Award.
