About the Award
For the third consecutive year since 2011, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is proud to present the Outstanding QTS Merchant & Service Staff Awards to recognise the contributions of QTS-accredited merchants and staff in promoting quality tourism services.
This year, the Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Award will be expanded into three award types: 1) Individual Award – Frontline Sales / Service Staff, 2) Individual Award – Supervisory Staff and 3) Team Award.
Each award type will cover 12 key sector categories, spanning the restaurant, retail and services, and visitor accommodation sectors. Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards will be given to the candidates with the top three highest scores in each category.
