| Details: | HKTB participated in the China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo 2016 in Pazhou, Guangzhou. The Expo was well received by over 20,000 trade and 500,000 consumers from around the world.
Colourful videos of Hong Kong and various key attractions on the eye-catching TV wall successfully drove great traffic to the Hong Kong Pavilion. Hong Kong Value Offer app was promoted and visitors were encouraged to download onsite. The app provides a one-stop promotional information and e-coupons for tourists.
Meanwhile, HKTB, Tourism Administration of Guangdong Province (GDPTA) and Macao Government Tourism Organisation (MGTO) jointly exhibited at the expo to promote multi-destination tourism development in the three cities. Heads of the three offices graced the occasion with their presence. |
