Since its launch in 2013, the Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards have been recognised as one of the major events promoting service excellence in Hong Kong. The awards have been well received by QTS merchants and their dedicated service teams.

To amplify the “Hospitality Campaign” and reinforce a culture of exceptional service across the city, the “2026 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” will be held to honour service staff of QTS-accredited merchants who exemplify service excellence and elevate Hong Kong’s service standards.

The Award comprises two categories, the Supervisory Staff Awards and the Frontline Staff Awards.  The merchant who accumulates the highest score will be awarded for the prestigious “Grand Award”.

Nominations are now open until 27 March 2026 (Friday), and participation is free of charge.
