Funding Support for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive and Convention (MIC) Groups 2024/25

Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) continues the Funding Support for Small-sized Meeting, Incentive and Convention (MIC) Groups 2024/25. The objective of the scheme is to provide business development aid to inbound tour operators in Hong Kong, with the aim of strengthening their competitiveness in attracting small-sized MIC businesses to Hong Kong.

Scheme Highlights

Eligibility:	Hong Kong licensed travel agents under the Travel Industry Ordinance (Cap. 634)
Funding Support:	Funding support will be offered to the successful applicant for serving a qualified MIC group in Hong Kong according to the actual number of physical non-Hong Kong participants and on reimbursement basis: From HK$3,750 to HK$40,000 per MIC group with 10 non-Hong Kong participants staying in Hong Kong for a minimum of one night From HK$7,500 to HK$80,000 per MIC group with 10 non-Hong Kong participants staying in Hong Kong for a minimum of two nights
Application Period:	From 21 March 2024 to 31 March 2025
Arrival Period of eligible MIC groups:	From 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2025
