  Introduction:	IMEX America is the most established MICE trade show in the United States. Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will participate in the event to showcase Hong Kong’s latest MICE offerings and reinforce Hong Kong’s position as the ‘World’s Meeting Place’. It is also an important platform connecting and engaging with buyers, planners and organisers of corporate events and association conferences in the Americas and other major markets through meeting and networking events. HKTB will set up a Hong Kong Pavilion and would like to extend the invitation to your company. There will be meeting units for co-exhibitors to host pre-scheduled appointments.   HK Trade Participants:	Participation in this opportunity is limited to Hong Kong Tourism Board’s (HKTB) registered Tourism Services Providers. - Attractions/Visitor Facilities; Hotels; MICE/Business Travel (including Venues, DMC, PCO, Exhibition Organisers, Convention & Exhibition Service Providers, MICE Product & Activity Providers, Airlines of Hong Kong); Travel Agencies (inbound)
  Appointment Scheduling:	Up to 100% pre-scheduled appointments with buyer profiles of your choice: MICE, Association and Corporate buyers.

• Participation

  Participation Fee:	Participation is limited to one delegate per company at a cost of HK$50,000*. • The participation fee must be paid in full within 2 weeks after the registration deadline on 25 June 2024 (i.e., payment deadline on 9 July 2024). Please send a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Hong Kong Tourism Board’ (specifying company name and participation of this event) to Ms Noel Li, Hong Kong Tourism Board, 9/F-11/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, North Point, Hong Kong • No invoice will be issued for the participation fee. • Confirmation of participation will be given only upon receipt of full payment. • Due to limited capacity, MEHK can only accept a limited number of co-exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. • Each registered co-exhibitor is entitled to have one representative from the same company participate and one set of pre-scheduled appointments (PSA). • All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to other HKTB functions. • *Upon successful participation in the trade show, including the submission of a post-event survey, the registered participant’s participation fee will be reimbursed by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). • Please note that The HKTB reserves the final discretion for acceptance of registration. It is important to note that individual participants are solely responsible for covering expenses related to transportation, hotel accommodation, and incidental costs. These expenses must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves.
  Fee Entitlement:	1) Participation is limited to one delegate per unit or company 2) One set of Pre-scheduled Appointments (PSA) 3) Registered delegates are eligible to attend the MEHK trade dinner/event during the show period (if applicable)
