  Introduction:	ITB China is one of the leading B2B-exclusive trade shows in Mainland China with an increasing focus on MICE. ITB China brings together top- selected buyers from Greater China and industry professionals from around the world. Last year’s event attracted more than 15,000 attendees and over 1,000 selected buyers. More than 70% of the buyers were actively looking for products and services to expand their MICE and business travel portfolios. ITB China is a 3-day travel trade fair focused on the Chinese travel industry, providing a platform to facilitates business opportunities through pre-scheduled appointments.   Event Schedule:	The show will open at 8:30 am and close at 5:30 pm (Please visit the event website for the latest event schedule)
  HK Trade Participants:	MICE/Business Travel / Attractions/ Accommodation (Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Corporate Representative) / Airlines / Tour Operators/ Travel Agencies (Inbound) / Visitor Facilities
  Appointment Scheduling:	At least 21 Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) for three-day from 27 – 29 May.

• Participation

  Participation Fee:	Participation is limited to one delegate per company at a cost of HK$30,000* per company. • 50% participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the event, including full attendance on 27 – 29 May and the submission of a post-event survey • Due to limited capacity, MEHK can only accept a limited number of co-exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority of participation will be given to trade partners with attendance at MICE trade shows from the past years. • Each registered co-exhibitor is entitled to have one representative from the same company participating and one set of pre-scheduled appointments (PSA). • No invoice will be issued for the participation fee. • Upon successful participation in the trade show, including the submission of a post-event survey, the registered participant’s participation fee will be reimbursed by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). Please note that HKTB reserves the final discretion in accepting the registration. • It is important to note that individual participants are solely responsible for covering expenses related to transportation, hotel accommodation, and incidental costs. These expenses must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves.
