| HK Trade Participants: | • Attractions / Visitor Facilities • Accommodation – Hotels & Resorts • MICE/Business Travel - Venues Trade partners or their Mainland representatives are encouraged to join. There will be meeting units or designated areas for trade partners to host pre-scheduled appointments. Priority of participation will be given to those with attendance at previous MICE trade shows and networking activities. HKTB reserves the right to request proof of such expertise and experience. |
| Participation Fee: | Participation is limited to one delegate per event at a cost of HK$30,000 per company. • Full participation fee reimbursement upon successful completion of the event, including full attendance on 20 & 22 January and the submission of a post-event survey • The participation fee must be paid in full by 31 Dec 2025. Please send a crossed cheque made payable to ‘Hong Kong Tourism Board’ (specifying company name and participation of this event) to Ms Jessie Wong, Hong Kong Tourism Board, 9/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, North Point, Hong Kong • Due to limited capacity, HKTB can only accept a limited number of co-exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. • Each registered trade partner is entitled to have one delegate participating each event, but it is not required assigning the same representative • Each registered trade partner is entitled to have one set of pre-scheduled appointments (PSA) for 2026 GBA Procurement Summit in Shenzhen on 20 Jan 2026 • No invoice will be issued for the participation fee • Upon successful participation in the two events, including the submission of a post-event survey, the registered participant’s participation fee will be reimbursed by HKTB. Please note that HKTB reserves the final discretion in accepting the registration • It is important to note that individual participants are solely responsible for covering expenses related to transportation, hotel accommodation, and incidental costs. These expenses must be arranged and covered by the participants themselves |
