Recipe for Gok Zai
Visitors to Hong Kong during the Chinese New Year period will not want to miss trying Gok Zai (also known as 'yau gok'). These traditional snacks are served to guests and visitors who visit one another during the holiday, but visitors would likely find them at bakeries and supermarkets. Many families gather to make their own, and for those who want to try, Chef Kathy Fang is sharing her family recipe with you here!

There will also be a LIVE cooking demo on Tuesday, February 15 during our Chinese New Year Cultural Showcase, and Kathy will be cooking these up!
