HKTB Welcomes the Government’s Announcement on New Arrangements for
Inbound Travellers
From 26 September, overseas travellers coming through Hong Kong International Airport will no longer need mandatory hotel quarantine. In addition, travellers are not required to take a PCR test before boarding flights to Hong Kong, and upon arrival, they can head directly to their home or chosen hotel to await the test results. The new arrangement will allow greater convenience and flexibility for travellers.
New Peak Tram Now Open
The Peak Tram, Asia’s oldest funicular railway and a must-visit attraction in Hong Kong, is again taking visitors on a spell-binding ride to the Peak with a redesigned tramcar, terminus ushers and upgraded facilities. The new Peak Tram rewards passengers with a mesmerising panorama of Victoria Harbour and a fresh, enhanced experience, making it one of the latest developments in the many exciting tourist attractions and experiences in Hong Kong. Sha Tau Kok: The History of the Frontier Closed Area

Taste of Hong Kong
Hong Kong Tourism Board was one of the exhibitors at the recent Taste of PATA. The fun and relaxed event was a chance for agents to learn about the city, as well as to try tasty treats from Hong Kong. The London event was held on 15 September and was attended by a record number of agents. One lucky winner received a Dim Sum Box for 4 from us so she could enjoy a delicious dim sum feast at home.
