Art Basel Hong Kong 2024

Art Basel Hong Kong returns to full scale with a 2024 edition featuring 242 premier international galleries and a vibrant programme both within and beyond the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 28 to 30. The show will provide artistic achievement across the Asia-Pacific region, from historical rediscoveries to works by contemporary practitioners.

Art@Harbour 2024

Art@Harbour 2024 is an initiative launched by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in collaboration with local and international artists and art collectives. To be launched during Arts Week, a wide range of art-related events are set to take place against the backdrop of Hong Kong’s harbourfront. A highlight of the programme is teamLab’s latest outdoor installation, a series of sound and colour-changing installations that visitors can interact with.

Art Central 2024

A cornerstone event of Hong Kong Art Week, Art Central showcases the next generation of talent from Asia’s most innovative galleries alongside distinguished global artists. The event takes place March 28 – 31 and will be staged in an architect-designed, purpose-built structure overlooking Victoria Harbour within walking distance of Art Basel at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and a short ferry ride to M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum.

Hong Kong Tourism Overview

HKTB presented its 2024 Tourism Overview at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 3/21 to 1,200 stakeholders. The global focus is converting traveller interest into visits. Director Americas Michael Lim said 209,000 Canadian travellers visited Hong Kong in 2023.
