Act Now! Nominate Your Distinguished Staff for “2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” |
Since its launch in 2013, the Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards have been recognised as one of the major events promoting service excellence in Hong Kong. The awards have been well received by QTS merchants and their service staff.
Echoing the launch of the Government’s Hospitality Campaign, “2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” will be held under the theme “Let's Go the Extra Mile”. The awards recognise the contributions of QTS-accredited merchants’ service staff towards service excellence, enhancing the service standards in Hong Kong.
The Awards will consist of two types, the Supervisory Staff Awards and the Frontline Staff Awards. Additionally, a new “Local SME” category will be added under the above 2 divisions respectively to encourage participation from Local SME staff. Merchant who accumulates the most awards will be eligible to compete for the newly introduced Grand Award.
“2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” is now open for nominations until 10 November 2024 (Sunday) and participation fee has been waived. For more details, you are cordially invited to join our online merchant briefing. |
