This four-hour immersion course is designed to let participants experience the joy of Chinese cooking in a professional and inspirational environment.
We begin with a tour of CCI’s state-of-the-art kitchens, ending up at the demonstration kitchen where your cooking adventure begins. Institute students are on hand to assist you throughout the lesson, which is taught by our experienced instructors. You will become familiar with some of the most modern and technically advanced cooking equipment available today. The cooking ranges are all height adjustable, and participants will enjoy a spacious cooking environment.
