Tourism Expo Japan 2024

• Event Details

  Introduction:	Tourism EXPO Japan 2024 will take place at Tokyo Big Sight in September this year, and the main theme of the event is "Travel, An Encounter With New Value Awaits”. The EXPO will provide an opportunity to reach out to trade partners in Japan through dedicated one-on-one business meeting sessions. Pre-scheduled appointments with trade will take place on 26 and 27 September 2024, followed by two consumer days. The travel show is expected to attract over 30,000 trade/media attendees and 80,000 general public during the 4-day period. The HKTB will set up pavilion to promote and strengthen the city’s cosmopolitan appeal and diverse tourism products. Travel trade partners are invited to join the Hong Kong pavilion as a sub-exhibitor to explore new opportunities in Japan.

• Participation

  Participation Fee:	HK$30,000 for a maximum of one representative per company
  Payment Method:	- Please issue a crossed cheque of HK$ 30,000. The cheque should made payable to “Hong Kong Tourism Board” and be sent to Ms. Sarah Tan/ Ms. Kay Chow, Trade Development at 11/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, North Point, Hong Kong on or before 3 July 2024 (Wednesday). Please write down the event name and company name on the back of the cheque. - Participation fee will be fully reimbursed upon complete participation. No separate invoice will be issued for the participation fee. - Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of participation fee.
  Fee Entitlement:	Each participant/sub-exhibiting partner is entitled to: 1. One set of pre-scheduled appointments to be arranged directly with the trade show organiser; 2. Admission to the show; and 3. Communal meeting space at the Hong Kong pavilion.
  Cancellation:	In case of cancellation, all payment is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE to other HKTB functions.
