| Details: | The annual Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and co-organised by the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB), concluded last month at the Central Harbourfront Event Space. The event attracted about 163,000 attendees and featured a well-received lucky draw throughout the festival.
The results of the lucky draw have been published on the event’s website, and in South China Morning Post and Sing Tao Daily. Yesterday (10 November), the four lucky local winners were presented with their prizes by HKTB Event & Product Development Advisor Mr Mason Hung. Each winner will enjoy a trip to a Bordeaux winery valued at HK$50,000, which includes a two-night stay at a château sponsored by the Grands Crus Classés of 1855 and round-trip economy-class tickets from Hong Kong to Paris for two, inviting the winners to fully experience the charm of Bordeaux—the wine capital—with its vineyards, winemaking, and rich culinary culture.
The Lucky Draw was open to festival-goers who purchased either a Tasting Pass or a Grand Wine Tasting Pass, or who spent HK$200 or more on tokens top-ups onsite. One winner was drawn each day during the four-day event. The lucky draw ceremony took place on 26 October, with Miss Rosanna Law, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, officiating alongside HKTB Executive Director Mr Anthony Lau, who assisted in selecting the four winners. |
