  Details:	Duck from Challans and sole from Normandy highlight straightaway that the superb quality produce used at Caprice is imported directly from France.  The result is a menu that demonstrates great finesse and imagination, overflowing with mouth-watering delicacies such as venison, truffles and foie gras.   The dining room is spacious, with commanding views of the harbour and the fully stocked wine cellar.  The interior is a blend of the old and new, with dark ceiling panels juxtaposed against a backlit catwalk. A modern open kitchen is paired with a grand painting in the Art Nouveau style. Among the most famous dishes at Lung King Heen are baked stuffed sea whelk with diced abalone, sea whelk and minced pork, a complete vegetarian menu and dim sum selection.
