Seatrade Cruise Global 2019 (9-11 April 2019)

HKTB exhibited as the exclusive sponsor of “State of the Global Cruise Industry” at the Seatrade Cruise Global 2019, the world’s leading cruise industry event. Held in Miami, Florida in the US, this year’s event was the largest in the 35 years history.

Situation in a prime location, the Hong Kong Pavilion showcased Hong Kong’s unique and diverse destination appeals, as well as provided an excellent networking platform for both Hong Kong and local trade partners. HKTB successfully built prominent awareness and direct access to over 2,000 cruise industry’s movers and shakers.

Besides, HKTB and other Asia Cruise Cooperation (ACC) partnering destinations including Hainan, Korea, the Philippines, Taiwan and Xiamen hosted an exclusive lunch for influential trade media. During the event, HKTB represented the ACC to share the Cooperation’s major developments and efforts in driving the growth of cruise tourism in the region. Each ACC partners also presented their own destination appeal and latest developments.

The event concluded with great success, attracting over 11,000 industry leaders from 130 countries and more than 70 cruise line brands to attend.
